I’m excited about introducing a new group, Int’l Bloggers Club featuring my 3 friends and me! Once a month we’ll be blogging about different topics and themes.
Meet this group of 4 bloggers from around the world:
Keri: I’m a wife, mom, and blogger. I love repurposing and refinishing whatever junk comes my way. I grew up in Illinois, but am currently living in Missouri with my beautiful family.
Mary: I am a mom of four who loves to recycle and repurpose. I use my creativity to spark life into old things. As a New Yorker who has been living in Greece for years now I also like to photograph my boondocks.
Pili: My name is Pili, and I am passionate about crafts and everything related to creating things with my own hands. I live in Mallorca where we enjoy raising our three wonderful kids and where we have warm weather most of the year, which is a must for me!
Katrin: I’m a former kindergarten teacher, now SAHM of two girls. DIY & Decorating is my passion, I was born in Germany, moved to Canada for a few years and currently live in the beautiful South of Spain (Andalucia).
This is our ground breaking month and we’ll be writing about breakfasts in our different parts of the world, with a little bit of Valentine’s Day added in. 😉 I love flowers any day of the year, but red roses seem to be synonymous with Valentine’s Day.
I didn’t know what breakfast to make at first. Should I go with biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and toast, or pancakes? In the end, I chose to make muffins for my American breakfast. Regardless of what food I made I knew the breakfast wouldn’t be complete without a steaming cup of hot coffee! 🙂
I came across this recipe a while back and my family can’t get enough of these Banana and Chocolate Chip Muffins! Also because this post has a Valentine’s Day thread running through it, I thought, “What’s Valentine’s Day without a little bit of chocolate or maybe a lot.” 😉
These banana and chocolate chip muffins are so stinkin’ good, you seriously have to try them!! I got the recipe from Deliciously Sprinkled . I only changed a few things. I didn’t garnish the tops of the muffins. I also may have put more than 1 cup of chocolate chips in the recipe. Ok, I put a whole bag! WHAT? It’s Valentine’s Day, the one day a year where large amounts of chocolate are allowed, maybe even required! 😉
I hope you liked my American breakfast. Go and check out my friends’ breakfasts from around the world! Don’t they just look scrumptious!? Seriously, I wish I could teleport to Greece and Spain just to grab a yummy bite of these flavorful breakfasts! 🙂
Just click on these 4 pictures and they will take you to these delicious breakfasts:
