Repurposed Bread Pans into Craft Room Organizers-Day 3 of Thankful for Repurposing
This past summer I bought some bread pans at a garage sale for 25 cents a piece. When I got home I threw the bread pans and some of my other finds into “I’ll get to those later” pile. Well I’m glad to say that they have finally found a new purpose, along with some old cedar lumber we had lying around. I was inspired by Angie at Knick of Time and her use of bread pans for organization and storage.
I sanded the cedar lumber quite a bit until I had a smooth surface, and I simply sealed the wood with finishing wax. The bread pans were spray painted black and then brush painted black as well. My husband attached the bread pans onto the cedar using a drill gun and some screws.
One screw was all that was needed to attach the pans. I’ll be using these organizers in my work room, once it’s remodeled.
The next 2 pictures are a sneak peek at some of the wooden signs I’ve made, that I’ll be posting about this month.
So what do you think? I can’t wait to get these puppies in my craft room!!
Don’t forget to pin for later!! 🙂
