Framed Buttons and Pins
I’ve had this project on my to-do list for about 8 months and am just now getting around to doing it. I don’t know why it took me so long to get to this project because it only took about 30 minutes of actual work to complete. I used an old shirt, frame with glass and of course buttons and pins from my small collection, some even dating back to kindergarten!
I cut the back of a button-up shirt into a square and then hot glued it to the back of the frame. I put all the buttons on the shirt piece. The back of the frame is like a cork board, just perfect for the pins. I fastened the frame and the button covered backing together.
I also gave the frame a fresh coat of blue paint. The frame doesn’t have glass so I can add to my collection anytime I get a new addition.
This was a fun and easy project! I like how it turned out and am glad I finally got to check this project off my list!! 🙂 I also have unique wall art for my workroom.
Thanks for checking out this post!!
